We believe it is essential to tour a skilled nursing facility to explore how well its services meet the needs of you or your loved one. To learn more about our services and to arrange a personal tour, please contact our Admissions Coordinator at (207) 947-6131.
Our team can also help if you or your loved one is planning an elective surgery or being discharged from a hospital. We will send a nurse to assess your situation and explain your options for rehab in our skilled unit. We’ll strive to make your stay with us a short one that will help your recuperation process and increase the odds that when you go home, you’ll stay home!
Upon admission, a personal care plan will be developed by our interdisciplinary team along with a guide to how the care will be provided to the resident. This plan will be monitored and modified as necessary throughout a resident’s stay, whether long- or short-term. Family and caregivers’ involvement in this process is highly encouraged and recommended.
